I have my own English-Uzbek - Uzbek English Dictionary in MS Word (or .txt optional), containing about 45000 entries in total. I want someone to build an application for Android devices which will be an English-Uzbek Uzbek-English Dictionary, able to display transcription for English words and also pronounce them.
