Hello, I'm interested this project. I have big experience with building EA for MT4. But is very hard estimate the cost if I don't know more details. Usually my programs cost from 50 to 200 $ depending on the complexity. I don't need payment in advance. Usually I send ready EA with possible using on demo account (with blocked use on real account) to test. If all is ok, after the payment of money I send unblocked EA with MQL code.
