Creating a point comprehensive point award system

I need help designing a point award system based on site activities. Members are awarded points for different activities at the site, such as posting, commenting, uploading, completing their profile, etc., and would have to maintain a minimum monthly points balance to earn a free membership to the site. The objective is to encourage members to be more active at the site to earn the free membership and create high activity rate. The award system is managed by myCRED WordPress plugin. This plugin uses various bridges, called "hooks" to track member activities and award points accordingly. I need a complete plan on point distribution per activity based on current setup and proposed monthly minimum balance. I have attached images that shows the inputs for the various hooks used to provide an idea. Experience in developing loyalty program is a must; experience in myCRED is a plus. Thanks,
