Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Partnership Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the Hiring Partnership department. As a B2B Sales Partnership Associate, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of B2B sales processes. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through partnerships with B2B clients. 2. Identify and prospect potential business partners, establish contact, and build strong relationships. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of our partners. 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. 5. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. 6. Track and report on sales performance and partnership metrics to management. 7. Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities. 9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns. 10. Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our partnership program. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or partnership management. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 6. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8.
