Magento Speed Optimization improved site speed in google page speed score 70+

Hi, Our website is on Magento 2 latest version. It has Amasty page speed optimizer and cache warmer already, the server has vanish. However the website homepage & product pages are all loading in 45 seconds on mobile and 10 seconds on desktop as per google speed. The major issue we foresee is java script and code optimization. As even after minifying and bundling it is taking to much time. We need someone who has shown good results in same and well experienced with handling complex websites.
