car parts selector for magento

i am looking for someone who can make a car parts selector in my magento theme. 1 select car brand 2 select car type 3 system shows only rims that will fit on that car type (eventually extra selector for year) after i select rims, the system will add 4 items to my shopping cart and go to next page, here i see the tires that will go with these rims only (depends on size 17inch or 18 inch) when i select tires, the tires will be added to shopping cart with 4 pieces. all is 4 pieces. communication after start of project will be through skype so we can keep the speed.
