Install and configure SVN, Subclipse and Modman for Magento on Ubuntu via Remote Session - repost

We are running a live Magento store, which is currently administered by an external vendor. We are now planning our own development and staging system to do the development inhouse in the future. In that context, we are looking for a freelancer to set up a local development and staging system for Magento (using v1.7.0.2). The system should preferrably be based on SVN (or git), Subclipse and Modman. The local machine is running Ubuntu 13.10. Apache, PHP5, MySQL and a version of Magento are already installed. SVN, Eclipse and Modman are also installed, but not configured and structured, yet. The work would include the following tasks: * Setting up a local repository on the machine (not necessarily based on an online repository) * Including programs/extensions of our live shop in the repository (among others Magento, Fishpig Landingpages, Inchoo Featured Products, Trusted Shops extensions, German Magento extension, Fooman Google Analytics Plus and local changes in the version that we are using for our existing live store, approx. 12 extensions in total - files are available) * Setting up Modman to create a local test environment on the machine (required modman files for extensions exist as our vendor uses modman, but needs to exclude/ignore relevant files and folders from updating during checkout, e.g. [login to view URL]) * Setting up process to export and upload / checkout the store to the live system * Introduction for the team how to work with SVN, Subclipse and Modman. The work has to be done via a remote session. Please also suggest any ideas for improving the setup. Moreover, please include an hourly fee for potential additional work in the future (e.g. installing and implementing additional Magento extensions) as we are looking for a long-term relationship. The work should be done until January 2 at the latest. Any day between 8 am and 11 pm CET would work for us, but needs to be aligned in advance.
