This is the first of several projects. In this phase of work, we will develop a command-line recurrent neural network using the TensorFlow library: Operating on Windows 10 OS. Switch for CPU or GPU computation. Must have ability to save and load pre-trained models. Proposals that do no directly answer all of the following questions will not be considered: 1.
