Logo for Company

Hello. We are looking for someone who can create for us a logo for our production company. We'd like the Logo to be simple but have a good mixture of creativeness and professionalism without being to heavy on one or the other. We've tried a few times with a few other designers that produced work that we are not happy with, but we paid them beforehand. We can no longer afford to keep dishing out money so we have to get it right this time. PERIOD. So we're forced to go through the following procedure when working with a designer: Give us your bid, if we find the price reasonable we will describe to you what we are looking for and our business name and all that. Then you will make us a quick simple sketch, just to see what direction you take it. If we feel you're headed in the right direction then we'll go exclusively with you, paying you half beforehand and half afterward. We think this is a fair approach, please only reply if you agree.
