I have purchased a Sysmaster 3PlayServer used and I cannot seem to get it to work. It powers up and both the guest and configuration portals come up but when I login as administrator to the administrative console the configuration tree goes not populate and the start button does not display. I spoke to someone at Sysmaster and they seem to think this is cause the unit was never commissioned. See the attached screenshot of what come up on the Dashboard.
