Recipricol link building - links page creation

To all those who have posted to others seeking recipricol links please pm me, I am looking for a large amount of recipricol links from websites with a pr above 3, My website is currently a pr 3 with 1500+ visits per day, this is good as the website was only launched in January and is growing by 100 per day, 6500 backlinks that are yet to be spidered by Google but are showing up in yahoo, around 6000 of these are pr3+. I also need a links page added to my website, please bid if you are capable of doing this and aquiring backlinks.
