Preparing proposals for potential clients, outlining the scope of work, cost estimates, and
timeframes
• Developing concepts for new programs based on audience interests and preferences
• Managing staff members who work on projects such as writers, actors, production assistants,
among others.
• Selecting and acquiring rights to use copyrighted materials or other intellectual property that is
required for a project
• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns using statistics such as the number of website visits,
number of calls received by an organization, and number of sales made as a result of the
campaign
• Draft, edit written materials, communications plans, and content as needed for partner, program,
and communications teams
• Develop and oversee the implementation of digital media strategies that improve brand
awareness, boost engagement, and drive conversions
• Create guidelines for content production to ensure uniform brand messaging across all digital
channels
• Manage planned partnerships for digital advertising initiatives including paid search & Facebook

• Manage website including photography of all images, update images and information as
