Scope of Work: Create a stunning garden landscape design with a central fountain, four water basins, and a lush plant maze to provide a serene and inviting outdoor space.
2. Objectives:
a. Design an aesthetically pleasing garden landscape. Using concept and sketch idea within the area and dimensions provided.
b. Incorporate a central fountain as a focal point.
c. Design four water basins for both beauty and aquatic flora.
d. Create a maze using various plant species for a unique attraction. Propose 5 plans for the maze with a center feature.
e. Propose Pathways, seating areas, and decorative features.
f. Ensure functionality, sustainability, and low maintenance.
3. Design and Planning:
a. Create detailed garden plans.
b. Select appropriate plant species for the maze, considering aesthetics and maintenance.
c. Choose the materials and design for the fountain and water basins.
D. Design irrigation systems network.
E. Design hardscape elements, such as pathways and seating areas.
F. Design appropriate lighting for evening ambiance.

3. Milestone 3 including
a. Choose the materials and design for the fountain and water basins.
b. Design water system for the basins and fountains.
c. Design irrigation systems network.
d. Design hardscape elements, such as pathways and seating areas.
e. Design appropriate lighting for evening ambiance. Solar only.
Time 36 hours. Value $20
4. Milestone 4 including: provide and propose list and locations of plants, flowers, bushes, all type of greenery to meet the desire garden outcome. Time frame 48 hours. Value $10
5. Milestone 5: provide 3D rendering and 3D Visualization presentation for the project using not limited of Lumion, V-Ray, and other 3D rendering software to creat realistic visualizations and walkthroughs of landscape designs. Time 36 hours. Value $10
