I have a joomla site and need to set up mail order repairs.
1)on the site a customer will be able to pick a repair or upgrade service
2)Pay for the service via paypal
3)Print out a service ticket and shipping label
This is something like RMA (return merchandice authorization)
The process should work like this:
A customer comes to the site.
Orders and pays for the repair service.
Prints out a packing slip and shipping label. (shipping will be included in repair cost)
Packs and ships item to our repair facility.
