Organize Google Map API Code

I have a written code for Google Maps API for different functionality such as showing lot lines of properties, cropping image area for further process like adding texts or pictures on the cropped image. I need an expert developer who worked before Google Maps API to touch up the code for extra features: 1. Adding a button for hiding and showing the lot lines 2. Showing only lot lines for a searched address Lot line data comes from PostGIS database. Candidate person should also know how to write spatial query. Only should bid who had experince with Google Maps API before. I want this project should be done in max 1 day.
