To start off - 1) we would recommend using JWT tokens for authentication, instead of sessions based authentication. Sessions based authentication adds additional load on the server, which then brings up issues with server load and scalability. 2) Also Auth0 seems to be fitted to your requirements, if you don't see your user accounts exceeding 7000. Perquisites for project fulfilment - 1) we would at least need a sketched version of the layout that you have in mind Or an existing system that you would like us to model the UI after. Once we have those, we would analyse these and get back with any further UX considerations. React Components - 1) The login and registration forms would be individual components, that would be router connected to show up on the 'login' and 'register/Sign up' links. 2) The registration form would have additional validations to make sure that the email entered is regex valid and the password meets specific criteria. 3) Authentication can be handled at Node backend with JWTs [ preferred approach ] Admin Page - This seems to be a separate functionality altogether. We would at least need a data model for a customer. Frankly we would need more of what you are trying to accomplish. Requiring the need to be able to edit customer accounts is a strange request. Pay pal integration - Again is a very different requirement. We would take that up after the current more pressing requirements are tacked.
