Gravity Forms - Add Hidden Field (to report type of device being used)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Create a hidden field in our "contact us" Gravity Form that automatically detects whether the user is viewing the Gravity Form on a mobile device or desktop device. And also inputs the user's device type into the gravity form submission (ie. mobile/desktop). CODE REQUIREMENTS: - The code must be placed inside our theme’s “[login to view URL]” file. - Code must be written in either jQuery or Javascript - No hard coding. We need to be able to duplicate this form for future use. Rather target your code with a custom class that can be inputed into either the field or the form. ie. $(‘.custom-class’).doSome(‘Stuff’); - The final code must be provided in either text-edit file or .atom file as a back-up copy for the client. DEVELOPMENT & TESTING: - You may either copy our site into your dev environment. (We have WP Migrate plugin on our website for you to do this.) Or you may use our staging environment in order to work on our website. - The code must be bug-free and not cancel out or interfere with any functionality/design on our site. - Our host only allows for sFTP, not FTP access. We’ll provide access to our sFTP - The final code must be provided in either text-edit file or .atom file as a back-up copy for the client. - Please allow 3 business days to fully test and check that your code is error-free and doesn’t interfere with our website. Once we’ve confirmed your code is bug-free, we will approve your task. PLUGINS: - Do not install 3rd party plugins as your solution or part of it.
