I would like to create an HTML form, that uses Simple Keyboard: ([login to view URL]) to enter text into forms. I want it to work like a mobile phone keyboard. I need this for an android device that does not have an on screen keyboard. I need to be able to use it for multiple different form inputs on one page. I need simple, minimalistic code. One HTML page, with included javascript files. I have attached examples of how it must look. I need this completed within 2 hours.
