Jquery and Ajax Coder

We have a simple web form that needs to use Ajax and Jquery to send a query to an external API using json or xml. The web form has a field called "Company Website Address". There are also hidden fields in the HTML that will be used to save the data that is returned by the API. We need the following: [login to view URL] the visitor fills in the "Company Website URL" and leaves that field, we need the jquery to query an API. 2. The fields we want to save from the API are: 'ownership' 'revenue' 'employeeCount' 'sicCode' 3. The data received from the reply needs to be saved to the form's hidden fields. 4. Can you execute the API call when the Company Website Address field is mouse out? 5. Also, if the user decides to go back to change the field's value, you need to submit the updated value when the field is escaped.
