Looking for an experienced programmer (Not looking for a company or team) who has worked within the jQuery Mobile environment with javascript (and PHP if necessary) to bring this set of 15 calculators to life. There is a possibility we may deploy this as a native app - as well as online, so experience with PhoneGap will be considered an asset.

Front-end will be fully provided for you, along with detailed notes & commented code. Your job will be to simply bring this to life, have all of the fields and buttons work in harmony, and output a 100% reliable result. You will be expected to fully troubleshoot each calculator.
Everything will reside in a single .html of .php document (so that it all loads at once), but scripts for each calculator may be sourced externally.
