Spring MVC/java concurrent never-ending tasks management

My task is to make the multiple threads execute the never-ending task/ make a never-ending threads which will run the same 'void' method again and again, until the trigger will finish it. The method to bound the created threads to the current Spring Security authenticated user should also be implemented. The concurrent tasks should be created by post request to one Spring MVC controller and finished by the request to other controller. As i understood the implementation based on pure threads + thread groups will be the best option(but you can offer other way), because it can create thread groups with the name of spring security user.
