offline personal (assistant + smart notebook) app with voice commands!

Few months ago, I hired developers to build this project for me but apparently he made it a native Android app- built with (Android java) whereas its database was built with Sqlite. Nearly 75% of it has been completed, but unfortunately, I stopped it due to the following reasons: 1- many bugs that they couldn't fix 2- the features and functions that work fine are not very efficient& detailed 3- I've decided to change the app drastically by allowing it to LEARN from the users when they contribute to it 4- the developers exceeded the deadline To have a more clear idea about the current app, please make sure to see this before you continue reading: [login to view URL] Anyway, I need someone that can build it with the SAME OLD DESIGN from scratch but with a totally new& more efficient structure and database! The new app must also contain totally new features& requirements that I will explain later! Please, when you choose the programming language, keep in mind that I want an IOS version of it in the near future! I want my app to be a new kind of app-assistants& notebooks... in other words, I want it to be 2 in 1. And even though it may look similar to Google voice assistant, its core difference can easily be told!
