Extend my JAVA program to switch proxy when detect error on site - source code provided

My program crawls tineye for an image and updates the product image item in a CSV file. If tineye detects too many connections from the same url they block my IP. I need someone to update my java program to switch proxies each time tineye blocks the search. Once the proxy address is swapped the crawler needs to continue from the last item in the csv. Source code libraries: selenium java and poi apache for manipulating xls sheets
