Custom JIRA Developer Needed

Looking for an experienced JIRA developer. We are a young software development shop, and have implemented a JIRA install on our own server. We have several changes/additions we want to make to the existing JIRA codebase, and need an experienced person to assist us with this. This can be done via customization of the existing JIRA source, or creation of JIRA plugins that will allow us to customize JIRA to fit our needs. - Experience with Java EE / Java Web development required - Prior experience in customization of JIRA source code and/or development of JIRA plugins preferred - Prior experience in setting up customer portals, billing, or any other integrations with JIRA is highly desirable
