Java personal web directory submitter

I need a simple Java desktop application (cross-platform) to speed up manual web directory submitting process. There are a ton of this kind of software out there, but I need a simple personal one in which I can manage my own directory list. Please read attached specification for full details. Include in the bid your idea about how to implement pre-fill on different web directories/languages or I'll ignore the bid. I'll work on the app in the future, so clean & commented code is mandatory.
