Need a Custom Myspace Account Creator

Preference will be given to those who already have it coded. we need support for catch all emails and custom account name. like if the catch all is "abcd.com" and name is maya. Then it should create the email account as "maya+1234'at'abcd" where 1234 should be any random number between 1 and 9999 and 'at'=@. Note the "+" , plus sign should not be forgotten. please bid fast as this is very urgent.
