I've been working in the RSPS community for over 4 years now. I have created many projects and currently run my very own rsps called XliteRSPS, I'm also writing one from scratch called EnvyRS on rune-server.org. It's 666 protocol. I have lots of experience in java & runescape. My server used to peak at about 400+ players.
