Android app facelift. Need designer!

Need a designer to fix the design on a application for android 2.2 or later. Please take a look at the attachment for how the one of the pages inside the application look like now, and how it could be. I made this image in adobe just for illustration, but Im not a designer so it is fairly up to the designer how the app should look like. My only request is you have to show me something of your old work, or perhaps make me a mockup/illustration of how you could facelift the app before I choose you!
