I have a piece of poker training software called poker-academy ([login to view URL]) which allows me to test my poker skills against AI opponents in the game of texas holdem.
Poker academy provides a plateform to play against bots created created in java using "meerkat" - a plug in interface for creating bots for poker academy, I have attached a sample bot.
Here is the meerkat developers forum

I would like a simple interface which acts like a simple game server just for a game with 2 players. It just needs to send my action and receive the response (no actual graphics required for showing the game).
I need to be able to do the following with a simple GUI:
- sets cards
-sets which player is to act first (who has the button)
-send my action to the bot
- get bots response when it is its turn
This just has to be very basic using text to input the cards (for instance "jd" - jack of diamonds) and a simple text box for the bots response.

Just to recap: There is no programming of a poker "Game" engine in this project or a slick interface showing a poker game. All I need is a program to send commands to already written java classes and get responses.
