Website and Mobile App

My organisation is New Covenant Church, Park Royal. We are a gospel focussed church based in Brent Cross region, London. The aim of the project is to create and design a mobile phone app, fully mobile adaptive and responsive website for New Covenant Church, Park Royal Branch, London a non-profitable organisation. It is expected to be user-friendly and user-interactive website. There is need for an interactive mobile phone app and website in order to increase the church online presence within Brent community and globally, improve awareness, discovery, online evangelism, process donations and other related services. Most who visit our church website can be placed into one of three groups: • People who attend our church • People who might attend our church • People who may stumble into the website unintentionally Our goal is to provide adequate information to all groups. Failing to do this can mean inconvenience for regular members and the loss of an unknown number of people who otherwise would have made their first visit. Our goal is to create New Covenant Church, Park Royal Branch’s website with very rich contents, thereby enticing, engaging and helping the website users to understand the values, believe and practice of the Church. The new website will have the potential to capture the users’ attention in the following ways: • Attract new people: The church website will be focused on attracting the people that our church will bless. Right on the home page of our church website will provide a way for them to read about why our church is such a great place to worship. The website will describe what they will experience when they come to visit our church. A visually attractive website that will draw more people to use the website more frequently. An attractive and user-friendly website will create the impressions which will then bring users back to the website. • Inform Current Members: church website needs to be a tool for our current members to stay up to date on the latest activities and events the church is going to have. The website will be the communications hub between the NCC park Royal and its members. We will have a page that lists out the upcoming events for children, men, women, youth, and community service groups. • Inspire the Church Members And Others: The church website will become a source of inspiration with audio and video sermons, inspirational writings from the pastoral team and even blog posts by other leaders in the church. Not only will our church members be blessed by what they find on our website, but others in the community will as well. • Providing users the ability to log in to the self-service support portal for more help and information. The website and mobile app must be made easy to manage for our media team following its completion.
