Looking for Indian database names and emails. !!!

Hi everyone. i am looking for indian database. i want double opt-in data base of people name and email. this should be 90% correct. don't bid if you have some bought data from others. if you have data of indian people 90% genuine so bid on the project. and other way if you have ability to filter the data. i mean if you can find only useful data from any scrap data so you can do it. i will buy some data for you and you will filter that for me. after filtering that must be 80% genuine. i can pay for this as well just show me a test of data filter and start working on my project. if you want to discuss more about this so just provide me your skype. thanks
