Unique SEO project - read everything please!

I have a unique project here. This project is mainly for people who just need some sort of a job, future long term profits, people decent at SEO, or etc. This is more like a partnership rather than straight out project. Description : I have 2-3 very easy keywords with websites that need ranking. They have excellent on site SEO, and they are very easy to rank. Pay : The pay will be 30 dollars for getting all the keywords to top 2, and if the site does well as a bonus, I will pay you 50% of profits until 150 dollars are met.
