SEO required for new website.

Hi, I've recently had a new website built and now require an SEO expert to help me get the site on the first page of search engine search results. We are totally new to SEO and need your advice to suggest keywords and article writing or any necessary action to be done. Project scope: - review my new website and optimise for SEO - get website on Top 3 of search results - attract US and Asia based traffic to my new website - Our website is host at US - Competitor info will be given as a guide Milestone Payments: 50% payment when our site with minimum 10 keywords appears in Top 5 of Google. 50% payment when our site with minimum 10 keywords appears in Top 3 of Google. ABSOLUTELY NO BLACKHAT OR GREY HAT METHODS. Report requirements: I need weekly report from you to check your progress and see the improvement. Additional Information: We did a simple search, most keyword that we consider related is not competitive.
