PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT BIDS IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO THIS WORK UNDER THE PAYMENT TERMS DESCRIBED IN POINT 10 BELOW* I have a Hair Extension business and I would like my rankings to significantly increase. This site was previously ranking highly but is now not in the top 100 for most of my desired search terms. The site was registered in 2000. 1. I would need a website audit to clarify if there are any issues with the site that may affect it's ranking. 2. I will need advice on how to optimize meta tags etc. ( I will carry out all on page SEO) 3. The target is to achieve 200 uk visits per day from search terms including the keyword 'hair extensions' or 'hair extension' 4. The keyword 'hair extensions' is the keywords I am focusing on in terms of rank but it is expected that you will not only optimize for this keyword as that would look unnatural. 5. We have Social Media pages ( Twitter and Facebook) if necessary these can be used to help you achieve your goals 6. I would like you to carry out keyword research to identify any long or short term keyword that would be helpful to target due to either high search volume or low competition. 7. I would like you to provide me an analysis of my top 5 competitors websites and what can be done to overtake their websites. These would be people ranking highly for the keyword 'hair extensions'. Also at this point I would like it made clear how long work is expected to take to outrank the competition for this keyword. 8. Although back links are an important part of SEO I must insist on links from relevant sites (hair, beauty, fashion). If I detect that there are spam links being purposefully sent back to my site I will terminate the project immediately. UK sites are preferable but not very important and these should be permanent DOFOLLOW links from websites with a PR1-4 9. Please, no black or grey hat techniques. I would like to rehire for a long term project if successful. 10. Payment terms are as follows. 10% on completion of Website Audit and Competitor Anaylysis - 40% when the keyword 'hair extensions' reaches a top 5 position in Google according to CUTERANK.NET. The remaining 50% if the site remains in a top 5 position for 3 months. This could be a fantastic contract for the right contractor. 'Hair Extensions' is a fairly competitive keyword please only bid if you are confidant you can do this work. I am looking forward very much to hearing from you. Regards
