SEO for Keywords in Domain Name

I just launched a .me domain name. The 1 string of keywords contained in my domain name get 165,000 monthly searches according to the Google Keyword Planner. I am not saying my site gets that much traffic. The site is brand new and i am just adding content to the site now. I am looking to get on the first page of Google for the string of keywords in my domain name. According to the Google Keyword Planner the competition is 'Medium' Please message me and i will give you the domain name.
