Clean up existing Google AdWords Account

Marketing agency seeks freelance, certified Google AdWords ace to clean up an existing Google AdWords account. The campaign has been running for many months. It has decent CTRs for search and display, but needs attention. We want you to: * Review our campaign goals and develop recommendations for search, search partner network, and display network campaigns * For search, develop ad groups, keywords, and ad text to maximize CTR and quality score * For display, develop contextual and targeted placements to maximize impressions in a small geographic area (We will develop the image ads) * Set up negative keywords and category & site exclusions * Help us set up conversion tracking for email newsletter, Facebook, and Twitter following * Recommend the use of dimensions, remarketing, and click-to-call, as appropriate * Develop a basic set of weekly reports We prefer working with freelance individuals, but will consider a firm. If the project goes well, we would be interested in a long term relationship with you to help us manage this facet of our client accounts.
