ABOUT OUR PROJECTS We currently have 5 brilliant sites projected to make approximately $350,000 - $400,000 within 12 – 18 months in just ONE Territory alone, and, with the right person/team, this can expand to many other territories, and more than likely much higher turnovers for various geographical reasons. The sites took over 2 years to build collectively and a great deal of research has been put into providing excellent value for our members. We operate & focus our efforts in a South East Asian Nation. All of the sites are currently being integrated with the famous WHMCS system, which includes payment facilities, ticketing support plus much more, and the sites reside on our own dedicated servers. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are ideally looking for a Person or a Team who would enjoy embarking on these project with us on a JV Basis, knowing that 95% of the work has already been completed and very little time/effort/resources needs to be spent in order to begin realizing returns from the sales that will take place. The type of person/team we are seeking is one that will have experience in: 1. Internet Marketing 2. SEO/Google Adwords etc 3. Email Marketing (to opt-in subscribers only regardless of site origin) 4. Sales & Marketing (To potential clients both on and off-line) 5. Great creative and lateral thinking that can “move mountains to expose the wealth beneath” 6. To be able to perform outside of your existing territory (on-line only) 7. Preferably, (although not mandatory) a large email subscriber base or legal access to one 8. Be computer and web-creation literate/savvy 9. Have some experience in the “back-end”, ie: cPanel, minor programming, software installations etc and to greatly enjoy working online 10. To be able to provide references of existing/previous portfolios/projects relating to online sites, online marketing, online promotion and the success ratings of such 11. Have sufficient time to devote to the project (Can be discussed at a later date) 12. Overall to be a good person(and/or people) to work with and have great personality(s) Whilst we are NOT going to rule out the fact that some form or monetary agreement will need to be negotiated to be involved in our projects. This will/may depend on the experience and value that the person or team can bring to the table to realize the huge success that the projects will be. Notwithstanding a share of not exceeding 45% of the margins will be offered to the right bidder.
