Google AdWords and Analytics

Hello We have an AdWords account and also have Google Analytics set up for it with about a month and a half worth of conversion data. I need someone to come in and do an overhaul of our AdWords account based upon the available data. Project would include: Adjusting bids Picking winning ads Adjusting bid amount based upon time of day vs. conversions Adjusting position Removing under performing and non-performing ads Cleaning up campaigns All in all, if I had to guess this is probably about 10 hours of work. Once this is completed (if you do a great job) this would be ongoing work with weekly jobs. Also we would have you manage our Yahoo and MSN accounts.
