19K Double Opt-in Emails need Delivering

I have a 19K Double Opt-IN list that need's to be mailed by an extensively experienced email marketer. You must be competent and experience with all emailing best practises including SPF/Sender ID/ Domain Keys. We have a very good quality list all 100% double opt-in . The successful freelancer will be able to provide the following; -unsubscribe feature -bounce processing -email authentication -email reputation/IP rotation for maximum delivery.
