Book Formatting for Print and Ebook & Ingram Ready

I have already paid for my book to be formatted but it didn't come back print/e-book ready. What needs to be rectified/fixed by the formatter: - The page numbers - they need to be on the corners of each page so odd and even page numbers, at the moment the designer has put the page numbers on the same side of every page - Remove the page numbers at the start so the page numbers begin on Why This Book (Page 27) and thereafter - so the page numbers before that need to be removed - I'm presuming the contents page would have to be redone if the page numbers would be different as I don't know if the one A4 page is equivalent to more than one page inside a book? - Making sure it's ready for print and digital (E-book) It would be great to find someone who knows Ingram well and would be able to sort this for me - assist me in getting ISBN numbers, which I know are possible for 18 dollars each, and to get my book uploaded onto Ingram. If somebody can offer me an all inclusive package to sort all of the above that includes the $49 to upload to the Ingram site, that would be ideal. Only looking for people who can specifically help me. As I already have paid a lot for this job, I'm not looking to spend too much more. I want the job done properly, efficiently and quickly.
