2D Animator / Illustrator For Youtube Channel Summarising Books

I am creating Animated Summaries of Books for Youtube (10-15min long videos). I read the books first, then summarise them and come up with scene ideas with a script. I need a team to turn my ideas to storyboard illustrations and then animations that look fantastic. I am looking for part-time or full-time work and am flexible based on your life and hours - but as a team, we need to prioritise getting videos out quickly and at high quality. A lot of the specific details about this job are flexible and can be negotiated with me. I need your English to be good because I will be describing each frame with words that you will then turn into illustrations. I would like to see the illustrations and animations you have previously made. I am looking to hire 2-3 team members so that we are able to produce a video like this every 2 weeks AT A MINIMUM. Ideally, I want to be able to upload these videos once every week, but we can work up to that stage eventually. Progress needs to be fast. You need to be able to work quickly but still produce at the level of quality I have shown you in that video I have already uploaded. As the company grows, your pay will increase a lot, up to $500 per week, but at the beginning while we're not bringing in any money the business needs to spend as little as possible to get this off the ground.
