Our 2-person team at a private family foundation is in need of an administrative assistant to help manage administrative tasks on a weekly contracted basis, for 10 or fewer hours per week. Specifically, we need assistance with filing, grant and invoice tracking, drafting of meeting notes and minutes, website and software date updates, occasional event planning and coordination, some financial operations, HR admin support and possibly travel booking. Previous experience in an administrative capacity is beneficial for the position. This individual must have great attention to detail, be highly organized, and comfortable following up with executives on items as needed. We are looking for someone reliable who can increase efficiency for the foundation team and the nonprofit partners we support.
