Work with our business and our design business clients in a part-time/flexible arrangement approximately 1 day per week
Working directly with the Directors you will be a driving force behind implementing HR initiatives, systems and processes. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing the Performance Review process
• Advising on HR strategies and aligning these to business needs
• Systems development and implementation
• Career Management and succession planning
• Development and implementation of professional development for key people
You will succeed because of your:

- Understanding of HR best practice
- Understanding of Australian Workplace Relations Legislation and Compliance
Minimum 10yrs local (Australian) experience
You will be based in Melbourne
We anticipate this role will be remunerated at hourly or daily rates ($100/hr)
