Display a popup on all pages of our (HTML) website. The popup when clicked will redirect customers to another site. We don't want an automatic redirection, customers need to click the popup to be redirected to the new website. We have the popup graphic - copy of this and how it should be positioned it attached. Needs to be setup as a popup so as to not affect current SEO rankings of the site.
