Webpage update IP and show status

I need an HTML webpage that has a button that will update a users IP address on [login to view URL] website, then return the status of it. The [login to view URL] website returns a status of good/bad/nochg. I've attached a picture of it, with the button, and status:. The link below is a sample, so it just returns a "bad" status currently. So the button on the webpage will activate this link for the user. Then it will take the users public IP and update it on duckdns. If no IP is specified after &myip= then it will automatically detect the users IP and update it accordingly. Alternatively if you specify the IP with &myip=1.1.1.1 , then it will update with that IP. It's up to you how you want to program it. Detect user ip yourself within the webpage and specify it with &myip={1.1.1.1} or have [login to view URL] auto detect the users IP.
