Wanted Individuals knowing Android, ASP.NET and Windows Server

I have an Uncompleted Android App which stores data in SQL using ASP.NET that runs on Windows Server. The android app is 80% completed and the website is 50% completed. I need some skillful persons to complete the project. I have another person who will help you in developing the android app. My budget is US $ 75 i.e., INR 5000 rupees .. The app works like getting inputs and storing in database.
