1 page web simple tool

Hello, I need a small web job (1 HTML page) with no design required. This is for a internal tool. See attached mockup draw about the page simple functionality. Description: * Preferible use of Jquery but no close to that. * 2 tables (row scrollable, table 1 up on mockup, table 2 down on mockup) * Every table has rows (table 1 has 5 columns + 1 hidden id) (table 2 has 4 columns + 1 hidden id) * every row of table 1 has a validate button * when I click on a row of table 1 the table 2 will be fillout with rows * every row of table 2 has a check button * When click on validate on table 1 will get the checked button on table 2 and provide the both ids * Table 2 has 2 tabs "Owner" and "all", will be clickable and do some queries to fillout the table 2 data row. * You don't need to add any callback function. I will do myself just have the code ready to add the get calls.
