Need to create landing page from design(PSD) using ReactJs

I want to hire a freelancer who can create landing page from the PSD file using reactjs. I don't need to use any reactjs template, you have to make the page as mobile-friendly using only html5/css3 and reactjs. Please don't bid if you are not a 5+ years' experience of web design and reactjs. I will discuss the project in more via chat. In addition, it will be better if you have proper knowledge about Laravel and Mysql, and I will keep long-term relationship with right candidate.
