Build a JS app that reads information from EOS blockchain using EOSJS library and EOS API

Using EOSJS library: [login to view URL] and EOS API: [login to view URL] build a JS app that can be used through a html file with the following specifications: The html file should have 6 filters and one button to launch the query 6 html filters: - amount (integer positive number) - by date (date range) - by sender(eos account name) (string) - by receiver(eos account name) (string) - by token (string) - by MEMO (string) of those 6, token and date are compulsory to launch the query, while the other are not. the result of the query should be stored in a CSV file that will be downloaded automatically after the query is launched. CSV file with the following columns: column A TX ID column B Date column C Token column D Send/Receive column E From(account) column F To(account) column G Amount column H MEMO Every row is a transaction, they should be by default ordered by date from oldest to newest. Only token transfer transactions should be taken into consideration, other blockchain action and smartcontract should never be included.
