Build a Website

I need a website that plays Youtube videos in full screen one after another with autoplay (not using a Youtube playlist), similar to watching TV. An example of the experience I want to create: [login to view URL] The playlist will be a public Google Sheet which contains a list of Youtube URLs and the site needs to play the urls one after another from the most recent entry (url) to the earliest. The list (Google Sheet) will be updated manually by me daily. The Youtube controls will be hidden and the user will be able to click on the screen (video) and it will skip to the next video in the Google Sheet.
